Monday Freebie :-)
It's Monday so I am offering a free item :-) They are happy birthday circles. Just use a 2 inch round or scalloped punch to create the shape. Hot glue them to lollipop sticks which are available at craft stores. Viola! You have cupcake toppers. SO easy and SO cute!
